Branding Services

At Nerdy Christian Girl Studio, we are committed to providing our clients with high-quality branding services that truly reflect your vision and mission. We understand that sometimes expectations may not align, and we want to ensure a transparent and fair approach when it comes to returns and refunds.

  • Service Delivery and Satisfaction

Our branding services, including website design, brand identity design, product design, etc., are tailored to the specific needs of each client. In order to maintain a high standard of service, we encourage open communication throughout the design process. We invite feedback at various stages to ensure that we align with your vision.

  • Refund Eligibility

Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once a project has been started. However, if you are dissatisfied with the initial concepts provided, you can request a revision within 7 days of receiving the initial draft. We will work together to make necessary adjustments until you feel the design meets your expectations.

  • Revision Process

    • Initial Concepts: Upon payment (first instalment), we will deliver the initial concepts based on the brief provided.

    • Revisions: You are entitled to up to two rounds of revisions at no additional cost. Revisions must be requested within 7 days of receiving the initial concepts. After that, additional revisions may incur extra fees.

  • Project Cancellation

If you choose to cancel a project before the initial concepts are delivered, you will receive a full refund of any payment made. No refunds will be issued once the concept phase has begun.

  • Communication

We prioritize clear and timely communication. Please reach out to us at wedesign@ncgstudio.click if you have any concerns or feedback during the design process. We are here to listen and make necessary adjustments to meet your branding needs.

  • Disputes

In the unlikely event of a dispute, we encourage you to reach out to us directly so we can address your concerns promptly. Our goal is to ensure you are happy with the service provided.

  • Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update this Returns & Refunds Policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected on our website, and we will notify clients of significant changes prior to implementation.

Physical Products (Planners, Journals, etc.)

Dear friend,

If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, our Returns & Refunds Policy is designed to assist you.

The deadline for cancelling an order is 30 days from the date you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

  • Conditions for returns:

For the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  1. The goods were purchased in the last 30 days

  2. The goods are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging

The following goods cannot be returned:

  1. The supply of goods made to your specifications or personalized.

  2. Digital products and gift cards are also exempt from returns.

  • Returning Goods:

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

  • Gifts:

If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.

  • How to Initiate a Return:

To begin the return process, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. Please inform us via our customer service team at Hello@ncgstudio.click with your order number and the reason for your request. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.

  • Refund Process:

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original form of payment within 5-7 business days, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will assess the situation and provide you with a replacement or refund as needed.

  • Policy Changes:

We may update our Returns & Refunds Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
